  • No refund for completed and delivered milestones
  • 50% refund if project cancelled within first week

  • Written cancellation request required
  • All project assets must be returned
  • No refund after final delivery and approval

AI/Data Science Solutions

Phase-based refund structure

Refund Details:

  • Research phase: 100% refund if cancelled within 48 hours
  • Development phase: Partial refund based on work completed
  • Deployment phase: No refund after successful deployment
  • Model training costs are non-refundable

Conditions:

  • Data provided by client must be returned/destroyed
  • Intellectual property rights revert to SutraLogik
  • Custom models and algorithms are non-refundable

Digital Marketing & Growth

Campaign-based refund policy

Refund Details:

  • Setup fees are non-refundable
  • Monthly retainer: Pro-rated refund for unused portion
  • Ad spend is non-refundable
  • Campaign optimization work is non-refundable

Conditions:

  • 30-day notice required for service cancellation
  • All campaign assets and data must be transferred
  • Performance guarantees void upon early termination

Completed work that has been delivered and approved
Custom research and development costs
Time spent on client meetings and consultations
External advertising spend and campaign costs
Setup and onboarding fees after service commencement
