AI/Data Science Solutions
Phase-based refund structure
Refund Details:
- Research phase: 100% refund if cancelled within 48 hours
- Development phase: Partial refund based on work completed
- Deployment phase: No refund after successful deployment
- Model training costs are non-refundable
Conditions:
- Data provided by client must be returned/destroyed
- Intellectual property rights revert to SutraLogik
- Custom models and algorithms are non-refundable
Digital Marketing & Growth
Campaign-based refund policy
Refund Details:
- Setup fees are non-refundable
- Monthly retainer: Pro-rated refund for unused portion
- Ad spend is non-refundable
- Campaign optimization work is non-refundable

- 30-day notice required for service cancellation
- All campaign assets and data must be transferred
