SutraLogik provides the following services:

• AI/Data Science Solutions: Machine learning models, data analytics, and AI integration services

• Digital Marketing & Growth: SEO optimization, content strategy, and growth hacking services

All services are provided by AptaServus Technology LLP under the brand name SutraLogik.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and all activities under your account.

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services.

You will not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AptaServus Technology LLP.

Our trademarks, service marks, and logos used in connection with our services are trademarks of AptaServus Technology LLP.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission.

Custom work developed for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment completion.

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements or service contracts.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional charges.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice.

AptaServus Technology LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.

We comply with applicable data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Client data and project information are kept confidential and secure.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.

We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violation of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of West Bengal.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AptaServus Technology LLP.
